Introduction
VIP13 ("we," "us," or "our") is an engagement intelligence service operated by Send13, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit vip13.ai, use our services, or when our scoring engine processes engagement data on behalf of our customers.
VIP13 is designed with privacy as a structural feature: the engagement events we score are hashed before they reach our scoring layer, and we operate as a data processor on behalf of email senders who are themselves the data controllers for their own subscriber lists.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

Engagement Data Processed on Behalf of Customers
When VIP13 customers (typically email senders, ESPs, and partner platforms) send us engagement events for scoring, those events are processed under our customers' data controller relationships with their own subscribers. We act as a data processor.
Engagement events may include:
- Hashed identifiers for email recipients
- Event types (open, click, bounce, complaint, unsubscribe)
- Event timestamps and aggregation windows
- Sender, campaign, and ESP metadata
Hashing by design. Email recipient identifiers are hashed using SHA3-256 before storage in our scoring layer. Plaintext email addresses are not retained in our scoring database. This is a structural privacy feature of VIP13, not a configuration option.
